Ota Ward Office

Next to Kamata Station is Ota Ward Office located. These are the two big icons of Kamata area.

This office was opened in 1998. Before that, Ota Ward Offices were scattered between Omori Station and Kamata Station. When Ota Ward sought to move to the current one, some people opposed the plan because of the high cost. But now, almost all people regard it as the right choice.
