The south side of the rectangle

As I wrote before, The south side of the rectangle is Kan-Pachi Street (the 8th loop street).

Kan-Pachi Street is the largest loop which encompasses Tokyo 23-Ku, strictly speaking, which runs just inside Tokyo 23-Ku area. It took long before it was completed, but about 20 years ago it was finally completed. As Tokyo does not have loop streets, Kan-Pachi is very important not only for Kamata but also Tokyo 23-Ku itself.
