The southwest corner of the rectangle is where the street from Hasunuma Station crosses Kan-Pachi road.
From this point, Kan-Pachi road runs to the northwest along Tokyu Tamagata Line. This segment is relatively new, completed around 20-30 years ago. After then, Kan-Pachi has been actually the only wide road near the west border of Tokyo city.
