As I wrote in this website before, Toranomon Hills is a complex of buildings and facilities completed recently by Mori Bldg. Toranomon Business Tower is the main building of this complex used for business use. This accommodates many enterprises which represents Japan, like KDDI.
Yes, it is a prestige to be a tenant of this tower, to be sure, but after COVID-19 pandemic, office workers are choosing companies the office of which is located in convenient areas, like those on Yamanote Line. Toranomon Hills has just one metro station in its area, so it seems it has already lost some advantage.
