Keikyu Kamata Station

At the other end of the east downtown of Kamata , Keikyu Kamata Station is located. It is about 15-20 minutes’ walk from JR Kamata Station.

There are many people , including commuters, who walk between these two stations. At least for these 40 years, the local government has been trying to build up the plan to connect these two stations by railroad, but not yet realized. Though the plan is now finally moving, the local people are not so eager to promote the plan. Why? That is probably because the downtown between these two stations are included into their daily lives.
