South-East corner of East Kamata rectangle is where the alley from Keikyu Kamata Station to the south meets Kan-Pachi Street (the 8th loop street). That means that Kan-Pachi Street defines the south side of the rectangle.
This is the photo taken at the corner to the east. You can see an overpass . This is the overpass of Keikyu railway main line. Up to 15 years ago, Keikyu line ran on the ground level , so it crossed Kan-Pachi Street. This crossing was notorious for people in Tokyo because it closed often and for long time. When Keikyu line was elevated to the current level, people celebrated the completion of the construction.
