As I wrote three weeks ago, the north side of East Kamata rectangle is Tamazutsumi−Dori． The article three weeks ago did not show Tamazutsumi−Dori, because it runs under the bridge in the previous photo.
This photo does show Tamazutsumi-Dori . You can see Tamazutsumi-Dori surfacing from the underpass to merge another street on the ground level.
