Koiwa

Koiwa is a downtown located in the easternmost part of Tokyo District . This town used to have the city hall up to 90 years ago, but after it was absorbed by Tokyo District, it fell down to one of the shopping arcades adjacent to a railway station. But Koiwa is a bit different with common downtowns, because this town got famous for its “stodgy” atmosphere in a TV show. Actually, people living in this town are happy to live there with its proximity to Tokyo station and low prices of rent and commodities, like them in the photo.
