Kamata Bus Street runs in front of Ota Ward Office to the east until it reaches Keikyu Line. This name came from the fact that buses arriving to JR Kamata Station from its east side use this street and ends its operation around here (in the photo).
This street follows the demised railroad which connected JR Kamata Station and Haneda Airport through Keikyu Kamata Station, which I wrote last week. It is difficult to find the remnant of the demised railroad, but we can say that the conspicuous evidence that there used to be a railroad there is the fact that buses from east side keep using this street until now.
