Azabu-Juban

Azabu-Juban used to be ” a downtown in uptown”. Azabu has been the typical “uptown” in Tokyo for more than 100 years, but Azabu-Juban, which locates in the lowland in Azabu area, attracted small shops and small houses for working-class people in the past. However, the opening of two new subway lines, both of them brought stations under this town, awakened the potential of this town 20 years ago. Since then, this town is getting more and more fashionable. In the photo you can see many people chatting under the trees , a usual but peaceful day in June.
