Oyama

Oyama is located north of Ikebukuro, the 3rd station on Tobu Tojo Line. As you can see, Oyama is one of the famous busy shopping arcades in Tokyo.

The history of Oyama goes back to Edo era, when Oyama was a lodging town in the suburbs of Edo (current Tokyo). But it has not lost its position as “a busy town” until now. Many college students like to live here, because this town is equipped with many small restaurants and shops for them.
