Yoyogi Park is located just outside Yamanote Line. This space used to be a military training site before WWII, then it was turned to residential area for US occupation military. When this space was returned to Japan, this space was used as the main area for the first Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games held in 1964. After that, this area was turned to one of the largest parks in Tokyo city. Among them is this park expecially popular because this park is located between Shibuya and Harajuku.
You can see many people enjoying their holidays. At a glance is it difficult to imagine that this park is just beside Yamanote Line . I hope such peaceful day continue long.
