Ueno Park in “Golden Week 2022”

I featured a photo of Ueno Park in “Golden Week” one year ago on this website. At that time , Tokyo was in “Declaration of Emergency for COVID-19”, so I saw just a few people there.

This is a photo of Ueno Park this year from the same position. I am pleased to see much more people than last year. COVID-19 pandemic is still here in Japan, but people’s mindset has changed a lot : they came to understand that there are many important things in life than hibernating at home to avoid COVID-19.

I will take photos of Ueno Park next year ,too. I hope I can see even more people than this year.
