World Trade Center under demolition

I featured “The last scene of World Trade Center ” on December, 2021. About one year has passed, and this is the current scene of World Trade Center. It is under demolition, but some people outside Japan feel something unusual. In many countries, the way of demolishing high-rise building is using bulldozers and cranes from outside the building. But, in Japan, this way of demolition is getting norm: setting special heavy machinery inside the building and demolish it floor by floor from the lower floors. It costs much more, but it has many advantages. This way gives surrounding areas much less nuisance. Construction workers can stay inside the building until the completion of demolition. This leads to fewer delays by the weather.

World Trade Center got shorter. I feel a bit sorry about that, but this is the start of the next building and next generation.
