“Hibiya City” is a set of high-rise buildings and a space between them . It is located within ten minutes’ walk to the west from both Shimbashi station and Yurakucho Station, but is just above two subway stations. It is about five minutes’ walk from the Diet … in short, this complex is located at the heart of Tokyo.
When it was completed 40 years ago, Hibiya City was the front runner of the boom years at that time. Now the boom years is far away, and Hibiya City became old. But it is gaining new image as “vintage”, like Rockefeller Center in New York .
