Shibuya 109 is an commercial complex which houses only apparel shops for young women, especially for teenagers. It is no doubt this complex is the most famous one of this type in Japan.
This is located just a few yards from Shibuya Station, but you cannot reach there easily, because many young girls occupy the sidewalks every day to flood into that building. What is amazing more is that since its opening 50 years ago, it has never lost its top-notch position . It means that Shibuya 109 is the icon for three generations: grandmother, mother, and child.
