Kasumigaseki

Kasumigaseki is the government district, which accomodates most of government offices of Japan. Adjacent to the Diet, this district actually administers Japan, so this district should be filled with many people from all industries and activities of Japan. However, it seems that the heart of Japan’s administration cannot fend off the Coronavirus pandemic… I could find few people even it was before summer vacation season.
