Akabanebashi Crossing is the next crossing from Shiba Park Crossing to the west.This crossing used to be a minor one in Tokyo. At that time only a few people knew the name of this crossing. But now, this crossing is getting more and more popular. Why?
The first reason is that a subway station the name of which is “Akabanebashi” opened 20 years ago. Many people in Tokyo came to know the name “Akabanebashi” at that time. The second reason is that the area around this crossing is growing rapidly. This crossing is located at the bottom of Azabu upland. In the past only Tokyo Tower was famous around there , but now there are many development plans in Azabu highland , and this crossing became the gateway to this area.
