The 4th triangle lies in the north part of East Kamata: the triangle which connects Ayame-bashi, Kamata 5-chome crossing , and the gate to Asto shopping mall.
As I wrote before, the street from the photo point to Kamata 5-chome crossing is probably the oldest street in this area. On the other hand, the two sides of the triangle are relatively new and wider streets.
