Ogikubo

Ogikubo is an intriguing town. It is a major station on Chuo-Line, which runs in the west part of Tokyo. This town has been accommodating many mansions for 100 years. All the same, there are only small shopping areas around the station, one of which even has a smell of confusion after the defeat of World War II. Many newcomers like to live in this town because the rent and prices of things are reasonable. A major subway line (Marunouchi-Line) starts from this station, so commuters can take their seats . I cannot deny the advantage of this town, but still, this town is a mystery for me.
