Nihonbashi

Nihonbashi area was the most flourishing shopping town in Edo era, up to 160 years ago. But it hasn’t lost its shine until now. Most people in Japan regard this area as the most prestigeous shopping town, with two giant department stores Mitsukoshi and Takashimaya. This area was clean and tidy this day too, waiting for flood of tourists from outside Japan.
