Hiroo Garden Hills is the condos close to Hiroo subway station, which is next to Ebisu Station on Yamanote Line. There may be many definitions for “the most prestigeous condos in Tokyo”, but Hiroo Garden Hills fits at least several of them. Even when it was completed 40 years ago, it was so famous about its qualily that those eager to buy them need to go through drawings with low chance. But the winners got reward; the status and price of this condo went up dramatically, and even today it is hard to find more prestigeous condos .
Another important reason for the status of this condo is that it is located in Azabu and Hiroo area, undoubtedly one of the areas with highest rank. If you walk around this area, it is hard to recognize that this is in Yamanote Line.
